Summerfest: Day 1

It’s that time of year  the once praised world’s largest music festival, Summerfest, returns to Milwaukee. Though in recent years the music lineup has been below par, there is always at least a couple of concerts worth looking forward to. Tonight I find myself in a position of choosing some shows over others-so when you go down there choose wisely!

Tonight, you can find me at Kool and The Gang at the Harley Davidson stage, 10:00 pm.

HOWEVER-There are plenty other shows tonight (also all around 10:00pm) very worth checking out. Again this year we are graced with the Wailers (Potawatomi Bingo Stage & Pavillion 10:00pm). If you plan on going to this, you should def get there early to see Milwaukee bands R.A.S. Movement & King Solomon playing from 2:30-7:00pm.

Making another appearance at Summerfest, Passion Pit comes to perform at the U.S. Cellular Stage 10:00pm

Also playing tonight are Colbie Caillat, Sheryl Crow, and headlining the Marcus Amphitheather is Tim McGraw. For more information  on concerts and how to get in free check out Summerfest’s website. Grounds open daily at 12:00pm.
